Formed in 2008 as a property marketing agency, Riser and Gain engaged clients with bold and ambitious property developments across Australia, together delivering the marketing and planning needs to turn visions into reality through the GFC.

In 2012, we embarked on an exciting decision to redirect our investment, strategic planning and market expertise into our own projects. The focus begins with realising a 100 year old dream in Hobart, Tasmania.

Mt Wellington, Hobart's iconic wilderness backdrop, beckons for a world-class cable car transport, tourism, hospitality and recreational solution to secure its access, maintenance and environmental management into the future. However, such an ambitious project has suffered from ill-concieved past proposals, prohibitive planning restrictions, a hotly contested public debate and for decades the subject has remained political taboo.

Now Riser & Gain has secured the international expertise and investors to solve the puzzle and make it happen.
